Legal
Terms and conditions of use
These terms govern the use of inspeccia. They are written to be read before purchase, not after a problem: so the user understands clearly what they are acquiring, what guarantees come with the product, what responsibilities they take on by using it, and what cases fall outside the scope of the service.
inspeccia is operated by CreaWeb, a Uruguayan digital agency, and payments are processed through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, United Kingdom) as Merchant of Record. The Refund policy and the Privacy policy live on separate pages and form part of these terms.
1. What inspeccia is
inspeccia is an automated web diagnostic service available at https://inspeccia.com. The service analyzes the public HTML of a website, detects real competitors in the market of the analyzed site through web search, and produces a digital report with findings on market positioning, design and user experience, and technical health of the site.
The report is produced by an artificial intelligence system and delivered in digital format (web access through a unique link and, in the full report, PDF download). inspeccia is not a human consulting service nor a design or development agency.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By entering a URL at https://inspeccia.com, requesting a free report, or making a payment to unlock a full report, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
3. The product: what you are buying
inspeccia offers the following access tiers to the same report:
Free report (partial version)
By entering a URL and email, you get access to a partial version of the report, which includes the base modules of each analysis axis. This access is free, requires no credit card, and creates no payment obligation. Inspeccia reserves the right to limit, suspend or revoke free access in cases of abusive use, automation, or attempts to circumvent the service's technical restrictions.
Standard plan — Full report + bonus (one-time payment)
Through a one-time payment of US$ 49, you access the standard plan. The plan provides a total of 5 complete reports on any public URL, tied to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Each report grants access to a prioritized action plan whose actions depend on what was actually measured (Google and ChatGPT visibility, Brand SERP, verified competitors, content, structured data, technical health and local signals), with instructions and applicable materials prepared for the analyzed business. The report does not project traffic, sales or future results.
The standard plan can be purchased via two equivalent paths, both at the same price and with the same guarantee:
- Purchase from the report paywall. If you already generated a free report and want to unlock it, paying releases that report (1) and grants 4 additional reports on any other URL. Total: 5 reports.
- Direct purchase from the pricing page. If you haven't generated any report yet, you can buy directly from the pricing block by providing your email. The plan grants 5 complete reports immediately available on any public URL. Total: 5 reports.
Both paths are functionally identical in terms of delivered benefits and applicable price. The choice depends exclusively on the journey the user prefers.
"Weekly tracking" plan — monthly subscription
Through a monthly recurring subscription processed by Paddle, you unlock the full report for the analyzed domain and the system automatically re-audits it every 7 days while the subscription is active, notifying you of each new version by email. The report is updated at the same private link and includes, where comparable prior measurements exist, the evolution against previous audits. Recurring billing authorization: by purchasing the subscription you authorize Paddle to automatically charge the current price to your payment method at the start of each monthly cycle, until you cancel.
- Scope. The subscription covers a single domain: the one of the report it was purchased from. It does not include credits or additional reports on other URLs. A change of the subscribed domain may be requested by email and is subject to inspeccia's reasonable approval.
- Cancellation. At any time and without justification, effective at the end of the period already paid: until that date you keep access and re-audits; afterwards, charges and the generation of new reports cease. Mechanism and details in the Refund policy · Subscription.
- Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, Paddle retries it according to its policies; while the payment remains unsettled the subscription may become past due and re-audits suspended, and after failed retries the subscription may be cancelled.
- Price. The subscription price may change going forward. Any change applies from the following cycle and is notified with reasonable advance notice (by inspeccia or by Paddle), so that you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
- Cadence and readability. The weekly periodicity is indicative and each re-audit is subject to the technical readability limitations of the site described in section 5; no delay, rescheduling or reduced depth attributable to the audited site constitutes a breach — see Refund policy · Subscription.
- Nature. The subscription is NOT the Lifetime plan and does not constitute a guarantee of service continuity. inspeccia may discontinue the subscription modality at any time by notifying active subscribers; in that case no new charges are made, the period already paid is honored in full (access and re-audits until its end) and no further compensation, credit or indemnity applies.
Lifetime plan — Forever access
Through a one-time payment, you can activate lifetime access to inspeccia, allowing you to generate unlimited reports from the linked email address. Legal nature: lifetime access is a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Inspeccia service for as long as Inspeccia remains operational. It is NOT a guarantee of service continuity for any specific, indefinite, or perpetual period. The expression "lifetime" refers exclusively to the operational duration of the service under control of its current owners, not to a commitment to maintain the service. The purchase of the lifetime license creates no obligation on inspeccia, its owners, successors or assigns to maintain the service operational for any minimum period or under specific conditions.
One lifetime license per individual or legal entity. inspeccia reserves the right to suspend access if shared use among multiple unrelated persons, resale, aggressive commercial use, or any attempt to circumvent this restriction is detected.
inspeccia further reserves the right to discontinue the Lifetime plan as a purchasing option at any time and at its sole discretion. Discontinuing the Lifetime plan may entail the cessation of already-granted lifetime accesses, even where the rest of the service remains operational. In such an event, no holder of a lifetime license —regardless of how long they have held it or their purchase date— shall be entitled to any full or partial refund, indemnification, credit, compensation or claim of any kind for such cessation.
Email binding · Lifetime plan
Lifetime access is bound exclusively to the email address provided at purchase. The access is personal and non-transferable to third parties. The holder may request migration to another mailbox they own by contacting us at [email protected]. The migration request may require reasonable identity and ownership verification of both mailboxes and is subject to inspeccia's discretionary approval (which shall be exercised reasonably).
Important: generated reports are digital products with permanent access through the private link created at analysis time. Each analyzed URL remains accessible to the buyer. The refund policy differs between plans: see Refund policy.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as Merchant of Record on behalf of inspeccia. This means that the charge on your card or account will appear under Paddle's name. The Paddle Checkout Terms and their Privacy Policy also apply. Paddle handles the collection of any applicable tax according to the regulations of your country of residence. inspeccia does not store or directly process credit card data.
5. Product delivery
The system processes the analysis in 3 to 6 minutes from the time you enter the URL. Once finished, you receive an email at the address provided with the unique private link to the report. The link remains permanently accessible.
inspeccia does not guarantee exact delivery times in cases of high demand, service interruptions, or when the analyzed site is inaccessible or blocks scraping. In those cases, we notify you by email.
Direct purchase without prior analysis. When the user acquires the standard plan or the Lifetime plan directly from the pricing page (without having started an analysis), access is automatically tied to the email address provided at checkout. To use the product, the user must go to the home page, enter the URL to be analyzed and the same checkout email — the report unlocks automatically without going through the paywall. This binding is processed upon receipt of the payment confirmation from Paddle.
Technical readability limitations of the analyzed site. The service is based on automated reading of the public HTML of the analyzed site. Not every website can be fully read by the system: client-side-only rendered applications (SPA / JavaScript without SSR), CAPTCHAs or anti-bot challenges (Cloudflare, hCaptcha, reCAPTCHA, DataDome, PerimeterX, Akamai, etc.), restrictive robots.txt, mandatory authentication, paywalls, geo-blocking, aggressive rate-limits, web application firewalls, invalid TLS certificates or unstable infrastructure, among other factors, may return partial, empty or no information to automated analysis. In such cases the report is generated with the information that could actually be obtained, which may result in less depth in some of the analysis axes. These limitations are attributable to the audited site and do not constitute grounds for refund under any circumstance (see Refund policy · Technical readability limitations).
6. Refund policy
The full refund policy, with deadlines, requirements and excluded cases, is on a dedicated page: Refund policy.
In short: inspeccia guarantees that the unlocked plan contains useful, applicable actions supported by the report’s measurements. If the plan you receive does not meet this condition, you are entitled to request a full refund of the payment within 14 calendar days from delivery.
"Weekly tracking" subscription. The first charge of the subscription carries the same 14-day quality guarantee. Renewal charges are not automatically refundable; their specific rule and the cancellation mechanism — available at any time, effective at the end of the paid period — are in the Refund policy · Subscription.
Automatic revocation upon any refund. Any full or partial refund executed on your purchase — whether voluntary under the quality guarantee, chargeback filed with the card issuer, administrative or commercial decision by Paddle, reversal for fraud, processing error or any other cause — implies the automatic and unannounced revocation of all associated benefits: remaining standard-plan credits, lifetime access (where applicable) and paid status of tied reports. This consequence operates by operation of these terms and also applies to the Lifetime plan. Full detail and non-exhaustive enumeration of causes in Refund policy · automatic revocation.
7. What inspeccia does NOT do
To avoid misunderstandings, inspeccia does not:
- Install any code, cookie or script on the analyzed site.
- Access the backend, admin panel, Google Analytics, database or any internal system of the site.
- Request credentials of any kind.
- Guarantee business results (conversions, sales, search engine ranking) as a consequence of implementing the report's recommendations.
- Re-analyze the same report retroactively once delivered.
- Share the analyzed URL or the content of the report with third parties.
- Use the generated reports to train artificial intelligence models.
8. Limitation of liability
The report generated by inspeccia is an automated diagnostic based on the public HTML of the site at the time of analysis. The findings reflect the state of the site at that moment and may become outdated if the site is later modified.
The recommendations are advisory. Implementation, design, development or strategy decisions are the sole responsibility of the user or the team that executes them. inspeccia is not responsible for business outcomes derived from implementing or not implementing the recommendations.
In no case shall inspeccia's total liability to the user exceed the amount actually paid for the analysis in question.
Disclaimer of liability for implementing the recommendations
The user acts on the report's findings, suggestions, action plans and recommendations entirely at their own responsibility and risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, inspeccia, CreaWeb, their owners, employees, contractors, agents and suppliers shall not be liable, under any circumstances or legal theory (contract, tort, warranty or otherwise), for any consequence arising from implementing —in whole or in part—, failing to implement, or implementing incorrectly or untimely, any content of the report. This includes, by way of example and without limitation: damage, breakage, loss or corruption of data, outages or malfunction of the website, its code or its infrastructure; deterioration, loss, penalization or deindexing of rankings in search engines, in the local map or in artificial intelligence assistants; loss of traffic, sales, revenue, customers, business opportunities or reputation; configuration, programming, content or design errors; technical incompatibilities or conflicts with themes, plugins, servers or third-party services; and any harm, claim or damage caused to third parties —clients, end users, suppliers, owners of other sites or any other person— as a direct or indirect consequence of those actions. The recommendations are advisory and automatically generated: their interpretation, prior validation by a qualified professional and execution are the sole decision and responsibility of the user or the team carrying them out. The user fully assumes that risk and agrees to hold inspeccia harmless against any claim arising from the implementation or its effects on their business, their site or any third party.
9. Intellectual property and commercial use of the report
Permitted commercial use
The report generated for any URL you have audited may be used for commercial purposes without restriction, whether you are an individual, a company, an agency, a consultancy, a freelancer, a design studio, an in-house marketing team, or any other professional figure. This authorization includes, without limitation, the following uses:
- Delivery to clients and prospects. Sharing the report with current or prospective clients as a deliverable, proposal annex, audit document, onboarding material or basis for technical discussion.
- Embed on your own sites. Inserting the report (in its white-label mode described in the relevant FAQ) into client portals, intranets, digital proposals, management dashboards, your own agency site, or any other professional context.
- Charging end clients. Charging the end client for the audit, consulting or professional service that includes the report as one of the deliverables or as input to the work, incorporating margins, fees, retainers or packages as the user sees fit.
- Reuse as professional input. Using the report as a basis for presentations, workshops, internal or external training, editorial content, blog posts, or any other proprietary professional material, indicating — where reasonable — that the analysis was generated with inspeccia.
Uses not permitted
Expressly outside the authorized scope:
- Impersonating system authorship. Presenting the full report, without substantive modifications and without your own professional context, as a product manufactured independently by the user with no involvement of inspeccia. You may integrate the report into your own professional work; what you may not do is literally sell the system's output as if it were your own code/analysis.
- Mass public redistribution. Publishing the report in open repositories, free-download platforms, report marketplaces or any channel that makes it accessible to anonymous users with no professional relationship with the buyer. Distribution must be directed at identifiable clients, prospects or third parties within a concrete commercial activity.
- Building a competing service. Extracting, via reverse engineering, systematic scraping or any other technique, the methodology, internal prompts, algorithmic structure or templates of the system in order to build a service competing with inspeccia or to train AI models on the generated reports.
Compliance with local regulations · disclaimer
Commercial use of the report is conditional, in every case, upon compliance with the applicable regulations in the user's country of residence or activity, as well as in any jurisdiction where the report is shared, used, embedded or delivered to third parties.
This includes, without the enumeration being exhaustive: data protection laws (GDPR in the European Union, UK GDPR in the United Kingdom, CCPA and CPRA in California, LGPD in Brazil, LFPDPPP in Mexico, Law 25.326 in Argentina, Law 19.628 in Chile, Law 18.331 in Uruguay, and equivalents in other jurisdictions); regulations on unfair competition and comparative advertising; intellectual property rights over the analyzed sites, their trademarks, logos, photographs and content; consumer protection laws applicable to professional deliverables incorporating the report; tax and invoicing rules applicable to the user's professional service; sector-specific regulations governing the user's activity (financial, medical or legal advisory, regulated agencies, etc.); and any other territorial or sectoral regulation that may apply.
It is the user's exclusive responsibility to verify that their commercial use of the report is lawful in their jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions of their clients. inspeccia does not provide legal advice on such uses, does not audit the legality of the user's professional framework and assumes no responsibility whatsoever for uses of the report that violate applicable regulations. The commercial authorization granted by these terms operates strictly within the user's legal limits and does not, under any circumstances, exempt the user from legal obligations toward their clients, the owners of the analyzed sites, regulatory authorities or any third party.
Intellectual property of the components
The system, the analysis methodology, the platform design, the internal prompts, the AI models used and the generic texts of the report (headings, section labels, disclaimer legends, template copy) are the exclusive property of the owners of inspeccia. The specific content generated for the audited URL (findings, recommendations, comparative matrices, action plan) may be used by the user under the terms described in this section.
10. Acceptable use and fair-use policy
By using inspeccia, you agree not to use the service for fraudulent or illegal activities, and not to attempt to breach, overload or interfere with the service infrastructure.
Use of the service is subject to reasonable technical limits set by inspeccia to preserve service quality for all users. These limits include, without limitation: maximum analysis frequency per mailbox, concurrent analyses, size and complexity of analyzed URLs, maximum processing time per analysis, and any other technical restriction inspeccia deems necessary. Limits may be adjusted at any time without prior notice, including for Lifetime plan users.
Current quantitative limits. As of this version of the Terms, the operational limits are:
- Up to 4 analyses per hour per email address. Attempting a fifth analysis within the same 60-minute window will be rejected by the system, with an explicit message indicating the remaining wait time until a new slot opens.
- Up to 4 analyses per hour per originating IP address. Same rolling-window logic and explicit wait-time rejection message.
- Up to 200 analyses per day at the service-wide global level (aggregate cap across all users), acting as a cost-containment safety net against distributed abuse.
Applicability to the Lifetime plan.
The quantitative limits described in this section apply in full to Lifetime plan users, under the same conditions as any other user of the service. "Lifetime" access means unlimited analyses within reasonable fair-use limits, not outside of them. Purchasing the Lifetime plan does not grant the right to exceed these caps, nor does it grant preferential quotas, queue priority, or any other exception to anti-abuse technical rules. inspeccia reserves the right to adjust the numerical values of these limits (upward or downward) at any time and without prior notice, without any entitlement to refund, compensation or indemnification of any kind, including with respect to the Lifetime plan.
The following is expressly prohibited: (a) automation or scripting of mass analyses; (b) resale, redistribution or sublicensing of reports or the service; (c) using the service for analysis of illegal sites, malware, phishing, or prohibited content; (d) attempts to bypass paywalls, quotas, security measures or technical restrictions; (e) aggressive commercial use that affects availability for other users; (f) sharing lifetime access among multiple unrelated persons. Violation of any of these enables immediate suspension of access without refund.
Subject to the above limits, the user may scan any public URL they wish.
11. Service availability · "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE"
inspeccia is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of uptime, continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or defects, accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of the analyses, nor business outcomes derived from their use. The service depends on external providers (LLM / AI providers, hosting, CDN, capture services, SEO tools, payment processors, domain registrars, geolocation, etc.) whose availability, quality and prices may change at any time. inspeccia does not guarantee the continuity or the present or future cost of these dependencies, and reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice, without this giving rise to any right of refund, indemnification or compensation, including for Lifetime plan users.
12. Service termination · sale · assignment
inspeccia reserves the right to discontinue the service in whole or in part, sell, assign, transfer, merge, spin off or liquidate the business at any time, at its sole discretion. In case of termination or change of control:
- We will try to notify active users with reasonable advance notice when operationally feasible, with no obligation of any minimum notice period.
- No user, including Lifetime plan users, shall have any right to pro-rata refund, indemnification, damages or claim for the interruption, termination or reduction of the service.
- Personal data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.
- Any new owner may decide, at its sole discretion, to maintain or not the existing lifetime licenses under identical, equivalent or different conditions.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, inspeccia, its owners, employees, contractors, agents and providers shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or any other kind of damages, including, without limitation: lost profits, lost business or commercial opportunities, lost revenue, lost data, lost reputation or goodwill, decisions made on the basis of generated reports, errors or omissions in the analyses, inaccurate or outdated automated recommendations, damages caused to analyzed websites, intellectual property infringements derived from the analysis, costs of substitute services, or any consequence derived from use, inability to use, interruption or discontinuation of the service.
Liability cap: inspeccia's maximum aggregate liability to any user, for any cause and under any legal theory (contract, tort, warranty or otherwise), is limited to the amount actually paid by that user to inspeccia in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies even if inspeccia was advised of the possibility of such damages.
The generated reports are automated artificial intelligence analyses, of an orientative nature, and do not constitute professional advice (technical, legal, accounting, financial, marketing, SEO, design, development, intellectual property, or of any other nature). Recommendations are offered "as is" and must be validated by qualified professionals before implementation. inspeccia does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, quality or fitness of the reports for any particular purpose. Decisions based on the reports are the sole responsibility of the user.
15. Pricing · changes · future features
Prices may be modified at any time. The price of the plan purchased at the time of purchase remains firm for that specific transaction, but does not create any right to any future price or to products, services, features, integrations or improvements that inspeccia may later launch. Future premium features or accessory products may or may not be included in the Lifetime plan, at inspeccia's sole discretion.
16. Force majeure
inspeccia shall not be liable for non-performance, delays or interruptions caused, in whole or in part, by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation: internet or provider infrastructure outages; downtime, restrictions or contractual changes of AI or third-party services; cyberattacks, denial of service or intrusion; regulatory changes or government decisions (including sanctions, embargoes or export restrictions); pandemics or public health emergencies; natural disasters; armed conflicts or terrorism; strikes, work stoppages or labor disruptions; failures of hosting, domain, certificate or payment providers.
17. Indemnity
The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless inspeccia, its owners, employees and providers against any claim, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) use of the service in violation of these terms; (b) violation of third-party rights (including intellectual property and privacy of analyzed sites); (c) illegal or fraudulent activities carried out through the service.
18. Changes to the service and to these terms
inspeccia may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is the one published at https://inspeccia.com/terminos. Continued use of the service after a modification implies acceptance of the new terms. For Lifetime plan users: substantial changes in the nature, scope or availability of the service or in these terms do not create any right to refund or compensation.
19. Severability · survival
If any clause of these terms is found invalid, illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect. Clauses that by their nature must survive termination of the relationship with the user (limitation of liability, indemnity, intellectual property, lifetime no-refund, applicable law) shall survive such termination.
20. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay. Any controversy arising from the use of the service is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montevideo, Uruguay, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply. For users resident in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with non-waivable consumer rights, the clauses shall apply to the maximum extent permitted without affecting such mandatory rights.
