This policy sets out, in clear terms, the guarantees inspeccia offers on the plans it sells, the deadlines and procedure to request a refund, and the cases in which a refund does not apply. It is meant to be read in full before or after purchase — there is no fine print elsewhere that says the opposite.
As a general principle: if the implementation plan we deliver does not meet the minimums committed below, we refund the money. The guarantee applies to the product actually delivered and within the stated deadline. No justification is required.
inspeccia offers the following purchase options, each with its own refund policy:
inspeccia guarantees that the action plan unlocked with payment contains useful actions applicable to the analyzed business and supported by measurements visible in the report itself. The number and type of actions adapt to the available evidence; the report shows that inventory before payment and never pads it with invented recommendations.
If the plan you receive does not meet this condition, you have the right to request a full refund of the payment, with no need to justify your decision.
The request must be sent within 14 calendar days from the date the report was emailed. After that period, no refund applies.

inspeccia analyzes the public HTML of a website through automated reading. Not every website can be fully read by our system: some sites, due to their architecture or protective measures, return partial, empty or no information to automated analysis. Common limitations include, without being exhaustive: content rendered exclusively client-side (SPA / JavaScript without SSR), CAPTCHAs or anti-bot challenges (Cloudflare, hCaptcha, reCAPTCHA, PerimeterX, DataDome, Akamai Bot Manager, etc.), restrictive robots.txt, mandatory authentication, paywalls, content behind login or session, geo-blocking or IP-based restrictions, aggressive rate-limits, web application firewalls, sites under maintenance, invalid TLS certificates, redirect chains, recently created domains without DNS propagation, and unstable or intermittent infrastructure. In such scenarios the report is generated with the information that could actually be obtained, which may result in less depth in some of the analysis axes. Technical readability limitations of the analyzed site DO NOT constitute grounds for refund under any circumstance, as they are attributable to the audited site and not to the service.
No refund applies in the following cases:
Weekly tracking is a monthly recurring subscription processed by Paddle: it unlocks the full report for the subscribed domain and automatically re-audits it every 7 days while the subscription is active (see Terms · Weekly tracking plan). Everything established in this policy — procedure, deadlines, technical readability limitations, excluded cases, automatic revocation and disputes — also applies to the subscription; the following points complement it:
The first charge of the subscription is covered by the same 14-day quality guarantee as the standard plan: if the unlocked action plan does not contain useful, applicable actions supported by the report's measurements, you may request a full refund of that first charge within 14 calendar days of delivery of the unlocked report, following the same procedure described above.
Renewal charges are not automatically refundable. The intended mechanism to stop future charges is to cancel the subscription before renewal: cancellation is available at any time and requires no justification (see below). If you believe a renewal was charged in error — for example, after having requested cancellation in due time and form — write to us within 14 calendar days of the charge and we will review it case by case, in good faith. Nothing above limits the powers of Paddle which, as Merchant of Record, may process refunds in accordance with its checkout buyer terms.
You can cancel at any time: (a) via the subscription management link that Paddle includes in the email receipt of each charge, or (b) by writing to [email protected] from the mailbox linked to the subscription, with the subject "Cancel subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: until that date you keep access and the weekly re-audits; from then on, no new charges are made and no new reports are generated. Cancellation does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund of the current period.
The weekly cadence is indicative. Due to maintenance, high demand or technical causes, a re-audit may be delayed or rescheduled without this constituting a breach or grounds for refund: the remedy is the resumption of the cycle. The technical readability limitations apply to each re-audit just as they do to the initial analysis: if the subscribed site stops being readable by the automated system (anti-bot measures, outages, blocking or other causes attributable to the site), re-audits are generated with the information available and this does not constitute grounds for refund. In any scenario you retain the ability to cancel with effect at the end of the paid period.
The guarantee applies per individual report. It is non-cumulative and non-transferable to other analyses. Each analyzed URL is an independent product. For the weekly tracking subscription, the quality guarantee applies once, to the first charge; renewals are governed by the Subscription section.
inspeccia does not process voluntary refunds of the Lifetime plan under any circumstances.
This exclusion is due to the immediate and irreversible nature of the product: lifetime activation unlocks unlimited access instantly and is permanently tied to the email address provided at purchase. Given its irrevocable and instantly consumable nature, lifetime is not comparable to a service susceptible to refund on request.
The refusal to process voluntary refunds applies, without limitation, to the following cases:
Important — forced refunds. If, despite this exclusion, a lifetime refund is nevertheless executed through an external channel (chargeback with the issuing bank, administrative reversal by Paddle, fraud reversal, etc.), the lifetime access is automatically revoked in the same act in which the refund is processed. See Automatic revocation upon any refund below for full detail.
Want to try first? Buy the standard plan (with 14-day guarantee) and, if it works for you, email us to upgrade to Lifetime crediting the amount already paid for the standard plan.
Any refund executed on a purchase implies the automatic and unannounced revocation of all associated benefits.
If, for any reason and at the initiative of any party, a full or partial refund of the amount paid by the user is executed — including, without limitation: voluntary refunds requested under the quality guarantee, chargebacks or disputes initiated by the user with their bank or card issuer, administrative or commercial decisions taken by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) or any of its affiliated entities, reversals for fraud or suspected fraud detected by the payment network, reversals due to the buyer's breach toward Paddle, accounting rollbacks, processing errors, or any other cause resulting in the full or partial return of the price to the payer — inspeccia will automatically and without prior notice revoke all benefits associated with that purchase, including:
This automatic revocation operates regardless of the buyer's fault or intent and requires no further notice: loss of benefits is the direct legal consequence of the return of the price, as the consideration ceases to exist. The user who triggered the refund may, in any case, contact [email protected] within 30 days to discuss their specific situation, without thereby obligating inspeccia to reinstate the benefits.
Specifically with respect to the Lifetime plan, this clause prevails over any expectation of continuity of "lifetime" access: the non-refundable nature of the lifetime plan described in these terms means inspeccia will not process voluntary refunds; however, should a refund nevertheless be executed through an external channel (Paddle, issuing bank, card network), access is automatically revoked in the same act.
Any dispute filed with the payment processor (Paddle, issuing bank, card network, etc.) without prior contact with [email protected] will be considered a violation of these terms and will trigger: (a) immediate suspension of access to the service, without refund or prior notice; (b) the buyer being charged for the administrative costs associated with the dispute; (c) reporting to payment networks, which may affect the ability to make future purchases at other merchants.
Before starting a dispute, contact us by email — most issues are resolved in hours without the need for a chargeback.
